Manufacturing Capabilities

One partner. One roof. Everything you need to move from concept to commercial production without the handoffs.

Our in-house lab and two PhD formulation scientists handle complex chemistry at every stage. We develop new formulations, re-engineer existing ones, and protect your IP throughout — from early batch to commercial production.

Inline and rotary filling, heated batch processing, dispersion and mixing, and production scale-up from pilot to full commercial runs. We work across a wide viscosity range and pH spectrum — built for real-world chemistry, not just standard runs.

Bottles from 2 oz to 5 gallon, Boston rounds, trigger sprays, tubes, tins, drums, and totes. Full packout services including kit assembly, multi-pack, display, and labeling — pressure-sensitive, wrap, and RFID. Standard components keep costs down; flexibility is there when you need it.

Our Memphis location provides direct access to the logistics infrastructure that serves major retail DCs — meaning shorter transit times, leaner inventory, and fewer missed delivery windows.

Formulation Types

Whether you’re bringing us a finished formulation or starting from scratch, we work across a broad chemistry range that most contract manufacturers can’t match.

  • Surfactant systems
  • Solvent systems
  • Wax systems
  • Abrasive dispersions
  • Peroxide systems
  • Acidic and basic formulations
  • Emulsions

The Infrastructure Behind the Partnership

Two facilities. Over 460,000 square feet. Everything from on-site R&D to 11 liquid filling lines, so the capability is there when you need it.

  • Two strategic manufacturing locations near a major U.S. commercial and transportation hub:
    • Memphis, TN – 163,000 sq. ft. facility with 22 dock doors
    • Olive Branch, MS – 300,000 sq. ft. facility with 20 dock doors
  • 11 liquid filling lines — up to 235,000 units per shift
  • 2 kit assembly lines — up to 20,000 units per shift
  • Batching capacity: 46,750 gallons (17 tanks)
  • Bulk raw material storage: 203,000 gallons (12 tanks)
  • On-site reverse osmosis system: 30,000 gallons per day
  • QC / R&D lab: full analytical testing and formulation support

Our certifications and processes are built to meet the standards your products and partners require.

  • ISO-certified operations
  • GMP-capable processes
  • EPA-registered product manufacturing (customer must provide registered formulation)
  • 98% SLA/QA target
