Our Story
BPI was founded in 2000 with a clear focus: build a manufacturing operation that brands could genuinely rely on — technically capable, fully transparent, and invested in their success for the long haul. More than twenty-five years later, that focus hasn’t changed.
Building in that way takes the right kind of backing. We’re conservatively capitalized and supported by RBM Ventures, a private equity partner with a long-term investment horizon. No artificial fund timelines, no pressure to optimize for short-term results.
That stability lets us invest in the right things — people, equipment, and relationships — and build alongside our customers over time. Our Memphis location is part of that foundation, putting us close to the distribution infrastructure that serves major retail chains and within two delivery days of 70% of the U.S.

Brad Ward
Chief Executive Officer
Brad brings over 30 years of experience in blending, filling, and contract packaging. He joined BPI in 2016 and has served in progressive leadership roles before becoming CEO. Brad began his career at W.M. Barr Corporation, where he spent 23 years across operations and senior leadership.

Robert Nelson
Chief Financial Officer
Rob oversees Finance, IT, and HR at BPI. He joined in 2022 and was promoted to CFO in 2023, bringing over 25 years of finance experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution — including 17 years at W.M. Barr Corporation.

Bradford Sims
Vice President of Operations
Bradford is responsible for operations across all BPI manufacturing facilities. He joined BPI in 2021 following a 14-year career at The Hershey Company and prior service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.

David oversees vendor management, purchasing strategy, and raw material inventory. He joined BPI in 2021 after nearly 11 years in supply chain and logistics roles at International Paper.

Controller
Suzanne joined BPI in 2024, bringing nearly 30 years of finance experience including work in the global biotech sector. She is a CPA and oversees financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
